Celebrating 18 Years of Patient Care!
A New Office in Town
On April 2, 2007 Dr. Christine Scott opened the doors of Christine S. Scott, DDS Pediatric Dentistry for the very first time. Located in the heart of Dunwoody in the Dunwoody Village, she cemented her place as a true pillar of the community. For the next 17.5 years, Dr. Scott provided nothing but the best care for her patients, as well as a unique and personal experience for the parents. This allowed her to build strong relationships and earn the trust of hundreds of Dunwoody families. When we first learned of Dr. Scott's upcoming retirement, my wife and I knew that we were destined to move back to Georgia to continue Dr. Scott's great legacy.
Buying a dental practice is much more than simply acquiring a business—it's stepping into a trusted role within families’ lives, carrying forward a legacy built on relationships, care, and community. As I take the reins of this wonderful office, I do so with deep appreciation for the foundation laid by Dr. Scott over the past 17.5 years.
It's hard to believe that I have now been the proud owner of Dunwoody Pediatric Dentistry for 9 months! Through this time, I’ve come to understand just how special this practice is. The philosophy here isn’t simply about dental care; it’s about creating a space where children feel safe, parents feel supported, and lifelong relationships are built. It’s about trust, warmth, and ensuring that every patient receives the quality care they deserve.
I also recognize the importance of not just maintaining the excellent standards set by Dr. Scott, but continuing to strengthen the bonds with our families and the surrounding community. A pediatric dental office is a cornerstone of childhood wellness, and I am committed to making this practice a place where children grow up smiling—literally and figuratively!
I have greatly enjoyed getting involved at the many wonderful schools and organizations in our community. I have presented for Career Week at St. Jude and Vanderlyn, provided "Tooth Talks" for Dental Health Month, sponsored A Night to Shine at Dunwoody Methodist, Fall Festivals for Spalding Drive and OLA, and even ran my first 10k while sponsoring the Tartan Trot! I will also be a proud sponsor of the Branches Swim and Dive Team for the 2025 season! I am confident that this involvement and support for the community will only increase with time.
I’m honored to take this next step and to continue serving the wonderful families that make up our patient community. Every day I am more and more grateful for the warm welcome my wife and I have received in this amazing community, as well as for the trust the parents continue to place in me with the care of their children's smiles. Cheers to many more years!
